1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RespiZen at https://respizen.polsia.app (the "Site"), or by purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you are accessing the Site from the European Union, EU consumer protection laws also apply.

2. About RespiZen

RespiZen is a digital wellness platform offering guided breathing programs and resources to help users manage stress, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being. RespiZen is operated by Polsia.

3. Digital Products — PDF Programs

3.1 What you receive

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive:

• An email confirmation with a direct download link to your PDF program
• Lifetime access to the PDF file (yours to keep)
• No subscription, no recurring charges — this is a one-time purchase

3.2 Delivery

Your PDF is delivered automatically to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within a few minutes of payment. If you do not receive your program within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at respizen@polsia.app.

3.3 One-time purchase — no subscription

RespiZen programs are sold as a single one-time payment. There are no recurring charges, no auto-renewals, and no hidden fees. The price displayed at checkout is the total price you pay.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. RespiZen never stores your credit card information.

The price in effect at the time of your order is final. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any change will not affect orders already placed.

5. Refund Policy — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

5.1 How to request a refund

To request a refund within 7 days of your purchase:

• Email us at respizen@polsia.app
• Include the email address used at checkout and your purchase date
• We will process your refund within 5 business days

5.2 Refund conditions

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe
• After a refund is issued, your access to downloadable links is revoked

5.3 EU / UK consumers

EU and UK consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for digital content, unless they have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged they lose their right of withdrawal. By clicking "Purchase," you consent to immediate delivery of the digital product. However, we voluntarily extend our guarantee to 7 days regardless of delivery status.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our content

All content on RespiZen — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, PDF programs, breathing protocols, exercise sequences, and software — is the exclusive property of Polsia or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 License to you

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased PDF program for your own personal, non-commercial use.

6.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any RespiZen content to third parties
• Sell, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any purchased material
• Share download links with others
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on our programs
• Claim ownership or authorship of any RespiZen content

7. Free Tools and Resources

The free tools on RespiZen (breathing timer, stress test, articles) are provided "as is" for personal use. No account is required. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any free feature at any time without notice.

8. Health Disclaimer

RespiZen provides breathing exercises and wellness information for general educational purposes only. This content is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

If you have a respiratory condition, cardiovascular disease, anxiety disorder, or any other medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before beginning any breathing practice. Stop any exercise immediately if you experience dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort, and seek medical attention if needed.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RespiZen is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polsia's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of RespiZen shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall Polsia be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including EU consumer protection laws).

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Transmit any malicious code or interfere with the Site's operation
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Site without permission

12. Links to Third-Party Sites

RespiZen may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Stripe checkout, social media). These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of RespiZen after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. For EU consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply and take precedence.
