- Neon, Inc. — PostgreSQL database hosting (United States)
- Stripe, Inc. — Online payment processing (United States). Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never store your card data.

- Postmark (Wildbit LLC) — Transactional email delivery (United States)
Transfers to the United States are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

- Marketing cookies: up to 13 months
- Analytics data: aggregated only — no individual user data is retained

We implement the following technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- HTTPS (TLS) encryption for all communications
- Database access controls and encrypted connections (SSL)

- No storage of payment data on our servers (handled entirely by Stripe)
